We start by defining an Access to our database. Qilan supports an unlimited number of Accesses. Each Access contains the database login information and schema. You can import an existing schema, or create your own then have Qilan automatically build it for you. Databases can be local or anywhere on the Internet.

Logging in to a FrontBase database...
After you login, choosing 'Import Schema', reads in the database schema into the lower portion of the Access window. These are the database tables. Opening a database table shows its internal structure.
A table consists of fields and relationships. You can work with the existing schema, or if you have permission, update and/or create new database objects.
